Qingdao Puhua Heavy Industry Group Strong King 2025 First Quarter Sales PK Meeting

Puhua Heavy Industries Group Chairman Chen Yulun, Puhua Heavy Industries Group General Manager Zhang Xin, and Dongjiu Shipbuilding General Manager Zhang Jie led the senior management team and all sales elites to gather together. Focusing on the theme of "Breakthrough, Win-Win, and Surpass", through four links including team morale display, performance results sharing, PK gold award presentation and dinner interaction, they fully stimulated the enthusiasm of all employees and gathered strong momentum for the second quarter sprint.


At the beginning of the meeting, each PK group held a morale show in turn and shared the achievements made in this quarter. The award-winning representatives came to the stage to give speeches and shared their successful experiences without reservation, which inspired every colleague to move forward bravely. The atmosphere on the scene was warm and exciting.


During the award ceremony, Group Chairman Chen Yulun and General Manager Zhang Xin presented PK bonuses and certificates of honor to the winning teams and individuals. This PK mechanism innovatively introduced the "two-way drive target incentive method", which effectively stimulated the potential of all sales personnel through the dual assessment of individual goals and team goals, and provided strong support for the improvement of sales performance.


Subsequently, a new round of PK draw was conducted, with a total of 5 groups. Each group will continue to fight hard in the new challenges and strive for excellent results.
