Qingdao Puhua Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd. (the parent company) was established in 2006 and is located in the Marine Equipment Industrial Park in Qingdao's West Coast New Area. It covers an area of approximately 50,000 square meters. The group has two main subsidiaries: Qingdao Dongjiu Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Puhua Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. It owns three national high-tech enterprises: Dongjiu Shipbuilding, Puhua Heavy Industry Machinery, and Zhiling Machinery Equipment. It is a modern enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, and sales. Its main products are divided into three categories: yachts and ships, intelligent equipment, and shot blasting machines. With 16 years of experience in international market development, its products serve 105 countries and regions worldwide.

In 2015, it was designated as a Qingdao Enterprise Technology Center.

In 2019, the group invested in the construction of Puhua Intelligent Manufacturing Park, a manufacturing and R&D base.

In 2019, it was designated a key project enterprise in the West Coast New Area.

In 2020, it was designated a key project enterprise in Qingdao.

In 2020, it was included in the first batch of high-end equipment projects for major projects in the transformation of old and new kinetic energy in Shandong Province. In 2022, it was rated as a specialized, sophisticated and innovative enterprise in Shandong Province.
